In O-kade in Groningen, 61 owner-occupied homes and 6 rental homes are planned, spread over 3 courtyards. There are ground-level dwellings (city dwellings and court dwellings) and various types of apartments spread over small-scale buildings.

We have built an interactive (3D) home finder that enables buyers to easily find their chosen home in the complex of buildings. They can, as it were, fly around the buildings and select houses to see more details.
