Westergouwe is centrally located in the Randstad and close to the major cities of Rotterdam, The Hague and Utrecht. We have built a home configurator for 80 homes. Buyers can easily configure their home online, adding extensions and porches and changing the room layout. Each option is presented via front and rear views and on floor plans. In addition, buyers can complete their purchase by selecting all fixtures and finishes. There is also a ‘shopping cart’ showing all options neatly priced, so that buyers understand the impact of their choices. Once satisfied, buyers can save their chosen configuration and download a personalized brochure.
